UK Gambler Donates Money to Charity a after £10,000 Win
A very generous UK gambler won more than £10,000 at the Casino Milton Keynes and, suprisingly, started giving money out to families with children. Apparently, the man lost his mother last Christmas.
According to unconfirmed reports, the gambler donated £140 to a McDonald’s collection tin after winning at the Casino MK. Same sources continued the story by saying that the man won more than £10,000 and was donating money to families with children in a pursuit to bring festive cheer.
When he was asked why he was being so generous he mentioned the death of his mother last Christmas – and this might be the cause of the extreme act of kindness.
To make sure he didn’t attract unwanted attention, the man apparently took a cab afterwards. Although the reports have not yet been confirmed, it’s certain that the man donated £140 to Ronald McDonald House Charity through a McDonald’s collection tin. The NGO is an independent charity who offers free accommodation at 15 major pediatric hospitals in the United Kingdom, so that families and parents can be close to their children while in hospital.

The event took place on December 12. ”On behalf of Ronald McDonald House Charity we’d sincerely like to praise and thank the young man in his early 20s who was a customer at our restaurent at Xscape within the past hour.
”After he enjoyed a hearty breakfast shortly after winning at the MK casino, he decided to give away a large amount of money to the charity! At first he put £90 into the collection tin.. yet then followed up with an additional amount of £40 from a large win!
”Of course we aren’t encouraging gambling, but it’s nice to remind ourselves of the goodness and kindness of young people at a time, when people seeam ready to bemoan the youth of Milton Keynes. ”Congrats on your significant win, whoever you are sir! Thank you for supporting our terrific charity!!” Well, it’s great too see such people who spread holiday cheer through thoughtfulness, generosity, and love.
