Play’n GO stamps their mark on the UK gaming market
The Swedish company Play’n GO, strengthening its position on the British market, appointed the veteran of the gambling industry Stuart Trigwell as the new leading sales manager in the United Kingdom.
The representatives of the company explain that this appointment is aimed to ‘kick-start’ Play’n GO’s expansion of Great Britain, hoping that their HTML-based content will be greatly appreciated by the British players. The Swedish company already has partnerships with the major UK operators like Bet365, BetVictor and Unibet.
Having personnel in Hungary and Malta, now Play’n GO intends to open an office in the centre of London to ensure an efficient operation within the country. Therefore, they are recruiting some of the ‘development team’ roles, especially mathematicians and art designers.
Trigwell joins Play’n GO after resigning as Global Bet Sales Director for Global betting systems in the UK. He will bring his eight-year experience in the online gaming industry to the new London office of Play’n GO, focusing on building an effective commercial structure in accordance with the goals of corporate growth.

Joen Thornqvist, CEO for Vaxjo-based Play’n GO, also commented, “This is a very interesting period in the history of Play’n GO, and we plan to develop our commercial and HR presence in the UK, where our games are in high demand by such brands as Unibet, Bet365 and BetVictor.
Stuart is a key part of this strategy. A high level of his experience with leading operators, as well as in the supply sector, will be invaluable for our development. This appointment will be the first of many, as we have big plans to promote the brand in the UK market. “
