NetEnt AB enters the Czech market

The developer of online gambling software NetEnt AB announced that after signing a deal with the local provider of sportsbetting Tipsport, the list of their games is now available to players in the Czech Republic.

Founded in 1996 in Stockholm, NetEnt AB delivers gaming solutions for some of the most successful online gambling operators like PokerStars, Bet365, Gamesys, Bwin and 888. The company said its online casino content can now be supplemented after the “successful integration process”.

Enrico Bradamante, Managing Director of NetEnt Malta Limited, said he was “excited” about entering the online market in the Czech Republic and that the Tipsport deal is a part of the company’s strategy to move into regulated markets around the world.

In a statement Mr. Bradamante said, “I am sure that our games will be well received by Czech players, and that we will be able to support Tipsport in promoting online casinos.”

Tipsport, headquartered in the Czech city of Beroun, was established in 1991 and is one of the leading sportsbetting operators in the Czech Republic with around 1,000 outlets along with a significant presence on the Internet.

Jakob Lorentzon, Director of Online Casino Tipsport, commented that the Czech operator chose NetEnt AB games because it likes to work with established and reliable companies to bring its players “the best solutions and highest quality products.”
