Gustav Hansen returns to big poker
The Dane has done a lot of rustling for his professional career as a poker player. He has repeatedly won the big tournaments, but most of all he was remembered playing on the expanses of online poker, which cost him more than $20 million.
After an unsuccessful period at the poker tables of Full Tilt and PokerStars, Gustav Hansen took a long break and very rarely appeared on events devoted to poker. However, this situation will soon be corrected – Gus Hansen will emerge from the shadows once again to compete with experienced players in the series of WSOP Circuit in Czech Rozvadov. This is going to be his first official poker-related public appearance for a long time. Notwithstandinп his recent misfortunes, Gus is considered one of the greatest poker players. He has become the winner of WPT Main Event three times within his career. As to his live tournament winnings, they comprise more than $10.2 million, which makes him the second most profitable player in his country.
Gus Hansen is back in business!
Hansen will become a special guest of Celebrity Cash Kings, which will be held from 2 to 4 of April. The famous high roller Gus Hansen returns to the live game and becomes a member of an expensive cash game in the Czech Republic, which will bring together at the gaming table many interesting poker personalities.
Star players will compete in No-Limit Hold’em with minimum stakes set at $ 50/100, and all events will be broadcast live with a delay of 30 minutes. The broadcast starts at 6:00 pm local time.

After this, Gus was occasionally noticed at the cash tables of the PokerStars room, where he is known by the nickname ‘broksi’ and although he did not make much progress, from time to time he appears at high stakes tables (this year, according to highstakesdb, Hansen played 739 hands, losing $ 70k for this time). A couple of months ago he played live cash with Theo Jorgensen in Vienna (he wrote this on his Facebook page).
Now The Great Dane, this is his nickname, will appear in the live game and will be one of the participants of the poker show Celebrity Cash Kings in the WSOPC.
