Deal between GameCo and Paramount: meet new video gaming machines
The famous developer of first skill-based gambling machines GameCo company has received a license from Paramount Pictures film studio to create games on the basis of such popular titles as Paranormal Activity, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Mission: Impossible.
New York – based company, GameCo has made their first video gaming machines to allure a new generation of gambling customers to casinos. In general, the provider’s gaming machines are just cabinets that demonstrate arcade games with a patented design. The players need to have certain skills playing here. As to the financial model, it resembles the slot machines casino patrons are accustomed to.
What products are offered
Among the games provided by the video gaming machines are the adopted from desktop, mobile and console creators. They are available in a single player mode and gives the possibility to play for about 45-90 seconds per session and to get cash prizes for their skills and game.
According to the deal with Paramount, GameCo should create a racing product based on Mission: Impossible, a hidden object game on the basis of Paranormal Activity and a classic comedy with a Ferris Beuller’s Day Off- theme.

The President of Worldwide Marketing and Partnership at Paramount studio, LeeAnn Stables, commented that they had always wanted to bring their iconic brands directly to fans. She also told they hoped that GameCo would succeed to bring their properties to life in the classic arcade formats.
Blaine Graboyes, the CEO at GameCo, expressed his pleasure about the possibility to introduce famous brands to casinos. He considers this a good chance for operators and suppliers to attract customers of the new generation.
The approval to provide its VGMs to Caesars Entertainment Corp.’s Atlantic City-based casinos was given to GameCo last month to such brands as Bally’s Wild Wild West, Caesars and Harrah’s Resort. The provider has to install 21 VGMs at 3 positions, putting them at the places easily noticed. As to the future, GameCo intends to enlarge its sphere of distribution to other jurisdictions.
