Comprehensive All-in diversity Project welcomes the first-of-its-kind initiative on global diversity
The All-Diversity Project is a sphere-oriented initiative aimed at comparing diversity, equality and integration in the global betting and gaming industry. As a core resource for all data related to diversity and inclusion in this sector, the All-in Diversity Project targets to evaluate and promote open and objective discussion of diversity throughout the industry globally.
The main goal of the first year is the creation and publication of the All-Index, an industry standard index focused on becoming the defining benchmarking tool for the gaming market to assess the current landscape, and after this a roadmap for upcoming changes and progress in future.
It will offer updated information on the progress of the year, stress successes, challenges and possibilities and develop recommendations on best practices in such areas as corporate governance, domestic policy, hiring practices, equal pay, employment legislation, unconscious bias and marketing.
“We created the All-in Diversity Project because we believe that the industry itself has a role to play in improving how we do business. We believe that the best way to advance the industry is to create a tool for all enterprises around the world to use them to compare their initiatives in the field of diversity … And we cannot fix what we cannot measure in the first place,” the Founder of the All-in Diversity project Kelly Ken told.
Despite the fact that gender diversity is a topic of a great interest in many sectors, now, according to co-founder Cristina Thakor-Rankin, “the All-in Diversity project does not concern the promotion of quotas or agendas. It’s about recognizing that the expectations and aspirations of the next generation of employees and customers are very different from ours and understand that if this industry can attract and retain employees and customers in the future, it needs to start making changes now. “
