SlotsMillion Casino’s Report on Virtual Reality Popularity
The research was conducted by the commission of SlotsMillion Casino and it revealed that 92% of all interviewees were familiar with Virtual Reality as a term. SlotsMillion, which is a part of online gaming company ALEA and was founded in 2014, is a pioneer in online gambling and opens the door to the world of VR/3D casinos with real money games.
Approximately 23% of the participants told that they had already tried various aspects of Virtual Reality (VR) as new technology. According to the report, VR has the greatest success among people aged 18-34, which is not very surprisingly because of the promotion of it as an entertainment for millennials.
As to other figures of the report, 24% of the interviewees from the age group 35-54 and 10% from 55 years and older have also tried VR technology. Answering the question if they feel interest in VR, 80% of the Generation Y respondents, 66% of the 35-54-year-old group, and 56% of 55 years old and older said “Yes”.
