Playtech Integrated Featurespace
Playtech, one of the world’s best developers of online slots, has provided increased security for its customer customers of technology services after the integration of fraud detection tools based on the machine-based Learning Featurespace. Licensees of the Playtech Information Management System (IMS) platform will now be able to identify and reduce the risks of fraud instantly.
Integration occurs after Playtech signed a strategic partnership with Featurespace in 2017, when the deal became part of the group’s strategy to expand the IMS platform further.
Observing the behavior of the players in online casinos, the adaptive Ad Exchange platform and the real-time Realic Platform Platform (ARIC) in the UK and the US identifies new fraudulent attacks and bonus abuse instantly. At the same time, ARIC seeks to reduce the number of genuine, incorrectly sanctioned customers, which significantly reduces the level of negative experience of players.
Shimon Akad, chief operating officer at Playtech, told, “Playtech aims to promote a safe play and expand the capabilities of licensees and players with advanced customer attraction and protection. We develop industry-leading risk management technologies and processes, and the Playtech’s IMS management platform provides our licensees with the latest protocols for protecting players. Therefore, I am glad that our partnership and integration with the Featurespace technologies will allow us to further improve the quality and efficiency of our offer. “

Licensees will need to send archived data to Featurespace for real-time research.
Martina King, CEO at Featurespace, commented, “Our strategic partnership with Playtech allows us to provide enhanced protection to our customers through our real-time machine learning technology and will allow Playtech licensees to better manage risk. We are proud to work together to provide the ARIC platform for machine learning and customer service for Playtech. “
