Blackjack Rules
Learn how to play Blackjack and start playing best online blackjack! The aim of the game is to score more points than the dealer, but do not exceed 21 points.
From 1 to 8 decks of cards are used in Blackjack. An infinite amount of decks are used while playing with shuffle. At the finish with a residual amount of cards (the number of cards are determined by the dealer who puts a special card in the so-called “Shoes”) the deck of cards is mixed. While using a single-deck, it is mixed after each game.
The value of each card:
Cards from 2 to 10 have 2 to 10 points respectively. Jack, Queen, King have 10, Ace = 1 or 11 (11 until the total exceeded 21, then = 1).
An equal number of points the opponents have is called “Stay” or “Push”. In this situation no one wins and no one loses in Blackjack. Sometimes, there are exceptions when there is “Push” and the casino is the winner.
Bets are made before the cards are dealt. The game dealer gives 2 cards to all the players and 2 to himself (the first card is open, the second is closed). Blackjack cards are open and the player and the dealer see them.

In this situation, the player immediately wins 3 to 2 and this is a half time higher than the bet. But if the dealer’s card 1 (open) is 10, Jack, Queen, King or Ace, then it is likely that the dealer is the winner. At this point, the player is offered either to pick up a win 1 to 1 (if the first card the dealer has is an Ace) or to wait till the end of the game (if the dealer doesn’t win, the players pick up a win 3 to 2).
Next, the player who does not have Blackjack is offered a choice of either another card or leave the existing cards. If a player has taken a new card and the total score exceeds 21, then the situation is called “surplus”. The dealer takes the player’s bet in favor of the casino.
Once the players have completed to take cards, the dealer deals the cards to himself. The dealer must draw cards until he gets 17 points. If he gains 17 points or more, he no longer takes a card. Sometimes this rule is not used in the casino.
Variants of the game
Blackjack has many versions with their own names. The base is when the dealer has one card hidden, the other open. European option is after the players stop taking cards, the dealer gives himself a second card. If the dealer has Blackjack, all additional bets except for “insurance” are returned to the players.
